Freight & Handling Policy!

We are well aware of your concern about freight and handling charges.

Our history will verify that shipping and handling fees are fair and as low as possible. Your invoice will give you the amount of your order including all shipping charges. If...you don't send enough money on freight, we will mail you a note requesting an additional payment. Please pay this quickly, as we reserve the right to hold future shipments, if this is not paid.

Over payments on freight will usually be credited in our computer for your next order - unless you request otherwise.

Our computerized scales now tell our packing department the least expensive way to send your merchandise. For most freight the choice will be between Federal Express, or U.S. Mail. We then pass the savings on to you. We're out to keep you as our customer. Let our high volume, lower freight discounts save you money with each order.

We do not want you to feel you were over charged on freight to make up for our competitive prices! We want you back as a repeat customer, so we have sharpened our pencils and created a policy that you will like. It's easy! We charge you the actual freight charges! ($4.50 minimum). No longer do you have a $35.00 shipping cost from a chart when your $350.00 part weighs only 5 pounds. We will absorb the cost of packing materials unless we must build a special box or crate. The handling charges are usually on us!

How Shipped...

The majority of items are sent Fed-Ex with each parcel insured up to $100 at no extra cost.

We choose from several different truck freight companies to assure you are getting the best costs for heavier or oversize items

We even provide Saturday delivery to your home (not a business) no extra cost!!

US Postal Service

The US Postal service is used for most lighter weight boxes...Their lower rates save your freight expense on under one pound boxes.

Overseas...

Overseas orders are usually sent by less expensive US mail or a specialized air freight company that will be competitively priced.

If you receive a damaged package by mail please contact us as soon as possible.

Service by Air Freight...

Need Parts Fast? We ship by air!

For an extra fee, we offer next day, and second day delivery.

Just tell us this requirement when you place your order.

Truck Line Orders...

All large items that must be shipped truck line must be prepaid.

In addition, a crating or boxing charge may be added to your order if items are very heavy and require special handling.

Remember, shipping to a commercial address rather than your home always lowers your freight charges.

Inspect all incoming packages for damage.

Back Orders

At times we are temporarily out of a part you requested. It will be put on back order and shipped as soon as it arrives. Please notify our sales dept., or write a note on your MAIL ORDER FORM that you do not want unavailable items back ordered.

Cores and Core Charges

A core is your old part that we must have in exchange when you buy certain rebuilt parts. The core must be able to be rebuilt and must be the same as the part that was purchased. Core fees are charged plus the cost of the part. Example: RESP230 $300 plus core SPC233 $100 = $400. The $100 core charge will be refunded when we receive your core (only if it is able to be rebuilt). If a core is not able to be rebuilt, you will be notified and we will return it if you so desire. Your core may be required for rebuilding. Cores must be shipped prepaid to us.

Special Order Items

Some unusual hard to find items are not stocked. We will try to locate them when we receive your order. These special order parts are non-returnable unless sent incorrectly.

Payment

credit card payments     We accept checks, money orders, or you can use your Visa, Master card, Discover Card or Pay Pal. NO C.O.D.'s.

Foreign residents please pay in U.S. funds.

Damaged Merchandise

Federal Express - DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO US.

Contact your local Federal Express office. Damaged items must be left in original container for Federal Express to inspect. Federal Express will contact us after the inspection.

U.S. Post Office - We insure your shipment only if you provide us with extra funds. If items are received damaged and you requested insurance, take entire container to your local post office, they will make a claim.

Truck Lines - Do not sign delivery receipt if product is damaged without the driver noting, or damaged items will not be covered. Contact their office at once. They will have a representative contact you.

Returning Items

We will accept returned unused merchandise within 30 days of your invoice date.

Unused items over 30 days of purchase will be given a store credit toward future purchases.

No items without a "Return Authorization Number" on the outside of returned package.

Return shipping by C.O.D not accepted.

If we...filled the order incorrectly we will also reimburse you for freight.

If you ordered wrong or no longer want the item, you may return it within the 30 days and you are responsible for return freight costs. You are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 30 days. (With a minimum of $5.00)
