This is Jim Carter, I am still very active as when I started restoring my first pickup, a 1950 Chevy 1/2 ton and needed parts! It now sits in our Lobby!

Details

These specially manufactured bolts have hidden shoulders below the oval head. Eliminates the concern of placing square holes in bed strips when you drill your own holes and want the original type carriage appearance. The rib carriage type fastener holds tight in a drilled round hole but changes are not visible after installation. Zinc plated steel only. This kit includes almost 400 pieces including rib carriage, proper flat and lock washers and the less common square nut as original. NOTE: if you prefer to not drill your own holes, complete carriage bolt sets are available. BP268ZP .Sold as kit.Made in USA
