If you have these years with double doors, then this switch was included when your truck was new. Indentions are in the door and door post. Prevents taillight from operating with doors open. A very rare item! Many parts made to create the new finished complete assembly. Exactly like the original! Sold each. Jim Carter Truck Parts Trivia: We found a NOS switch sample in an overstock sale 20 years ago. This was at the Whitman Air Force in mid Missouri. In the early 1950's the air force would stock a supply of repair parts for all their vehicles. Thus, our sample was "New in the Box". Just right to copy in production.
