Thank you, thank you, for so many great customers like you that have helped our company reach
our 45th Anniversary. We are so proud to have reached this milestone. This is Jim Carter, I am
still very active as when I started restoring my first pickup, a 1950 Chevy 1/2 ton and needed parts! It now
sits in our Lobby!

Top of starter. The cast iron top is included with the long stainless steel shaft. This shaft is only used with the 1947-55 Chevy and GMC, but the screw on top fits 1937-55. These mushroom screw-on tops are almost always worn down on just one side due to foot contact over the years. Jim Carter Trivia: The "bumps" on this item are to keep a driver's shoe from slipping off the pedal. On the same year Chevrolet Cars, it is covered with a rubber pad for appearance! Sold Each
