Our Ram-Flow 4 barrel aluminum intake manifold was originally designed as a performance intake. After the recent development of small 4 barrel carburetors (390, 400 CFM) this 4 barrel intake assembly has proven to be the ultimate low RPM assembly for older 6 cylinder engines. The small 4 barrel carburetor and manifold actually get better mileage and more power than most 2 barrel carburetors. This Ram-Flow 4 barrel intake manifold has been designed to increase the performance and drivebility of your vehicle and at the same time retain good fuel economy. This has been accomplished by attaining equal fuel air distribution ton each cylinder. Also included is a 4 barrel mounting plate which accepts any Holley or Carter AFB carburetor with a square bolt pattern. This manifold has a new feature that makes it even better in cooler weather. An interior water flow system has been added. Hot water from the engine passes through the unit and warms the gasoline as it leaves the carburetor.
