Complete A/C System
1960-1963 Chevrolet & GMC Trucks.
Complete Hurricane A/C, Heat & Defrost System includes Integrated Switching for original 2 Lever Heater Control.
EASY TO INSTALL!
Custom Mounting Plate attaches Hurricane Unit to the firewall using existing holes in firewall. A/C & Heater fittings pass through the original square blower motor inlet hole with a custom rubber grommet.
This Unit retains a majority of the Glove Box and leaves valuable space in the dash for Radio, CD player, Guages, Amplifiers etc.
Control package is specifically designed to integrate with original 2 Lever Heater Control.
Wire harness plugs into original blower switch, a simple bracket and micro switch is added to operate the Compressor clutch.
New Cables are also included to operate the Defrost and Heater Valve functions.
Complete system includes a Condenser assembly with receiver/drier, custom aluminum lines and mounting brackets.
Assembly attaches to core support using original fan shroud mounting locations, custom tubes route through passenger side of core support and under the battery tray.
Compressor bracket is included for most chevrolet engines.
Please provide: Engine year, Size, Block type, Water Pump Length and belt type used so we can provide the appropriate bracket for your engine.
Matching alternator & power steering brackets are available.
