Until now this part that could not be repaired during a major rebuilding. It will allow your truck to steer as close to POWER STEERING as possible. The lack of this new part has always been the missing link that would allow you to have steering like GM made it. You will be amazed. Millions of vehicles such as Mustangs, Plymouth Barracudas, and so many farm tractors use this system for comfortable steering. This is correct for 1942 thru 1946. 48" long.
