This is Jim Carter, I am still very active as when I started restoring my first pickup, a 1950 Chevy 1/2 ton and needed parts! It now sits in our Lobby!

1955-1958 Spare Tire Door Retaining Chromed Bolts Chevrolet Cameo and GMC Suburban Carrier

Details

Two large polished and plated counter-sunk steel tapered bolts that hold up the spare tire access door. The wide flat edge on the head protects the swing-up door paint from the wheel wrench when spare tire is needed. Sold in pairs. Note: The taper below the flat part of the bolt head helps the spare tire sheet metal panel align up.
