These new water pumps are required when installing a 1955-1962, 235 or 261 six cylinder engine in the shorter 1937-1955 Chevrolet truck. Eliminates the need to move radiator forward and thus need to cut your sheet metal. Includes proper narrow 3/8 inch groove 4" diameter pulley to match that on the 235 engine harmonic balancer. Includes gasket (Over 1000 sold! They work great!) Sold each. You will also need a "flat back" fan as used on a 216 engine. Our part number MEE243 or we have some used. Fits 1941-1955 Chevrolet Cars
