This truck has been in my family since 1970. My Dad had it restored about 40 years ago. Recently we restored it for a second time installing a modern drivetrain, except the ol' stovebolt. We got disc brakes all around, power steering,700r4 tranny, one of Sids 4 inch drop axle up front and 3 inch lowering blocks out back. My Dad can't drive anymore but we still find time to cruise the neighborhood!

I built this truck from 1988 to 1993 and put it on the road on March of 1993. Many of the parts on this truck came from Jim Carter truck parts. Some were used like the Grill for one. Complete new bed was also ordered from Jim Carter. I did send pictures to Jim in 1993 but I do not know if you remember that. The truck has a 1978 Buick regal sub frame and a 1972 Chevelle Triangulated 4 bar rear. It has a 355 SB motor and runs a Turbo 400 Trans. Has Vintage heat/air, and cruise control. I have driven it 62400 miles and just enjoy driving it.
