Three clips are packaged separately to weld to the raised squares (if you are an original restorer and require support for the speedometer cable and wiring harness segment that is under the floor) with welding instructions. Panel is ready to weld to your cab floor edges (as GM did) and center after the rusty original is removed. Even have the holes on the left side for the foot brake assembly.
