This is Jim Carter, I am still very active as when I started restoring my first pickup, a 1950 Chevy 1/2 ton and needed parts! It now sits in our Lobby!

Tell us about your truck :

I had been looking for a '57 Cameo for over a year to complete my Trifecta but my boyfriend sent me this one saying "too bad you don't like '58s". Well, that is all it took. I fell in love with the looks of this year and purchased it a couple of weeks ago. After doing research on it, I found out it was built by Legendary Customs and called "The Mistress". A veteran had been saving years to restore it, but when his wife found out how much money he spent, he had to sell it and I am the lucky one who got it. I am also a veteran so I told him it was in good hands and would be babied. I hope to have it in my possession by the end of January but here are a few pictures. The build is actually on YouTube.
